Studio September is Sydney’s premier Wedding Media House. We are scaling rapidly for the 2026 season and are strictly inviting high-performance creatives to join our Associate Team.

We are not looking for employees. We are looking for specialists. You do what you love, shooting, performing, styling. We handle the rest. No editing, no client emails, no admin. You show up, you deliver excellence, you get paid.

THE ROLES:

Lead Photographers (Associate)

  • Rate: $100 – $150 ph

  • Requirement: Dual-slot cameras, prime lenses, off-camera flash proficiency.

  • Workflow: Shoot & Upload. Zero Editing Required.

Second Shooters

  • Rate: $50 – $75 ph

  • Requirement: Eager to learn the Studio September aesthetic.

Lead Videographers

  • Rate: $100 – $150 ph

  • Requirement: 4K 10-bit capability, professional audio.

  • Workflow: Shoot & Upload. Zero Editing Required.

Wedding Content Creators (iPhone)

  • Rate: $50 – $80 ph

  • Requirement: iPhone 15 Pro/16 Pro + Gimbal. Expertise in Reels/TikTok trends.

Celebrants

  • Rate: $550 – $800 (Flat Fee per Ceremony)

  • Requirement: Modern, charismatic delivery. Must handle all legal lodging.

HMUA & Stylists

  • Rate: $80 – $120 ph

Musicians & DJs

  • Rate: $80 – $130 ph

HOW TO APPLY: We are selective with our roster. To be considered, please submit the following via the form below:

  1. Your Portfolio: (Links to full wedding galleries required for Photographers/Videographers. Not just Instagram highlights).

  2. Your Gear List: Detailed breakdown of camera bodies and lenses and reliable vehicle.

  3. Your Experience: Years in industry and key venues worked.

  4. Availability: General weekend availability for 2025/26.

  5. ABN: Mandatory for invoicing.
